World Generation

A lot of care is being put into our main world. We've revised the generation parameters dozens of times to get things "just right." We've also fixed quite a few things that vanilla Minecraft handles poorly. Extreme hills are now extreme, rivers are wider than streams, there's less ocean, terrain is more varied... and the Ice biomes now live up to their name!
